Bruce Lawson has made me a custom Fourier Series Double Horn Model 804, delivered December 2005. This instrument is acoustically near perfection. The "V2" leadpipe works as advertised, making the high and low range more responsive. Now I have that double high E-flat... a note the Holton H-180 could only dream of hitting. I ordered the Horn while I was in Iraq installing satellite Internet for the Army. http://www.lawsonhorns.com/Models.htm
Lawson has retired, and since passed away. NPR has an audio article worth listening to: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=6673671
